Am finishing one year as a lecturer

I have finished successfully two semesters as a lecturer in John Bauer College of Hotel management and Catering Technologies , Tarnaka...  And i am very much proud to say about the my achievement as a lecturer while evaluating results of 1st semester of BHM&CTfinal year students ... The important points are like

1) No failures or absentees in My subject
2) 30% of students got their Highest mark in  My subject
3) In remaining 40% students got their 2nd Highest in my subject

WHAT YOU HAVE TO KEEP IN MIND IS THAT ,IT WAS MY FIRST STEP IN THE TEACHING FIELD AND ITS MY FIRST BATCH RESULTS..

As far as a faculty is considered above mentioned details are really like "GURU DHAKSHINA"
